1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or booking services through Cashii Photo Booth (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Offered

We provide photo booth rental services in Panama City and surrounding areas, including:

  • DSLR Photo Booth

  • iPad Photo Booth

  • 360 Photo Booth

  • Flower Wall Rentals

All services are subject to availability and may vary based on event requirements.

3. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event.

  • Full payment is required for bookings made within 7 days of the event date.

  • Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received and a signed agreement is on file.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

  • All cancellations must be made in writing via email.

  • Our refund policy is outlined here or on our Refund Policy page.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event.

5. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is allowed once, with a minimum of 14 days' notice.

  • All rescheduled events are subject to availability.

  • Additional fees may apply if rescheduling results in a service upgrade or travel extension.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe and level area for equipment setup (minimum space varies by booth type).

  • Ensure access to power within 10 feet of setup area.

  • Secure necessary permissions or permits from the venue.

  • Guests are expected to behave responsibly around our equipment. The client is liable for damages caused by guests’ misconduct or negligence.

7. Service Limitations

Cashii Photo Booth is not responsible for:

  • Venue restrictions or power issues

  • Weather-related interruptions (for outdoor events)

  • Delays caused by client or venue

In the event of equipment failure or service disruption, partial or full refunds may be issued at our discretion.

8. Use of Photos & Videos

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Cashii Photo Booth reserves the right to use photos and videos taken during your event for marketing and promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media).

If you wish to opt out, please inform us in writing before your event date.

9. Limitation of Liability

Cashii Photo Booth is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of digital media due to technical failure beyond our control

  • Any claims arising from misuse or unauthorized use of event content

10. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Bay County, Florida.
