1. Booking & Payment Terms

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before your scheduled event.

Bookings made less than 7 days before the event require full payment upfront.
2. Cancellation Policy
-
More than 30 days before the event: Full refund minus the deposit.

14–30 days before the event: 50% refund of the total amount paid.

Less than 14 days before the event: No refund will be issued.
3. Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your event once without penalty, if notice is given at least 14 days prior to the event.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

If rescheduling is not possible, the standard cancellation terms will apply.
4. Force Majeure / Weather Policy

If your event is cancelled due to weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to reschedule your booking at no additional charge.

Refunds will not be provided for weather-related cancellations unless determined otherwise at the company’s discretion.
5. Equipment Malfunction or Service Failure

In the rare event of a technical issue or failure on our part that prevents us from delivering the agreed service:

You will receive a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances and duration of service interruption.

6. Client Responsibility

It is the client’s responsibility to provide a safe and appropriate environment for booth setup and operation.

No refunds will be issued for issues caused by venue restrictions, power supply problems, or interference with setup space.
