Refund Policy

 Cashii Photo Booth

Location: 97 W Oak Avenue, Panama City, FL 32404
Services: DSLR Photo Booth, iPad Photo Booth, 360 Photo Booth, Flower Wall Rentals

1. Booking & Payment Terms

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

  • The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before your scheduled event.

  • Bookings made less than 7 days before the event require full payment upfront.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • More than 30 days before the event: Full refund minus the deposit.

  • 14–30 days before the event: 50% refund of the total amount paid.

  • Less than 14 days before the event: No refund will be issued.

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • You may reschedule your event once without penalty, if notice is given at least 14 days prior to the event.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

  • If rescheduling is not possible, the standard cancellation terms will apply.

4. Force Majeure / Weather Policy

  • If your event is cancelled due to weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to reschedule your booking at no additional charge.

  • Refunds will not be provided for weather-related cancellations unless determined otherwise at the company’s discretion.

5. Equipment Malfunction or Service Failure

  • In the rare event of a technical issue or failure on our part that prevents us from delivering the agreed service:

    • You will receive a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances and duration of service interruption.

6. Client Responsibility

  • It is the client’s responsibility to provide a safe and appropriate environment for booth setup and operation.

  • No refunds will be issued for issues caused by venue restrictions, power supply problems, or interference with setup space.
